Discussions are based on caregivers’ articulated current needs, with moderation and support from the support coach to address these needs. Monthly topics are based on this feedback. Living at Home also has respite volunteers who may be able to stay with your care recipient while you attend the meeting.

If a support group seems too much at this time, our caregiver support coach is available by phone, office visit and even a home visit. We recognize that sometimes all it takes is a caring individual to listen to get through a difficult moment.
