What is Afternoon Out? Afternoon Out is a social opportunity for individuals experiencing memory loss, their Caregivers, Partners, Family & Friends. We engage in music and other fun activities in a safe and supportive environment.
When and where? Afternoon Out takes place every Thursday from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm except when a holiday falls on a Thursday. Afternoon Out takes place at Riverside Methodist Church, 1005 State US 71N, Park Rapids.
Weather closings: If Park Rapids Schools have a late start, or are closed due to bad weather, Living at Home activities will be cancelled.
