What is Afternoon Out? Afternoon Out is a social opportunity for individuals experiencing memory loss, their Caregivers, Partners, Family & Friends. We engage in music and other fun activities in a safe and supportive environment.
When and where? Afternoon Out takes place every Thursday from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm except when a holiday falls on a Thursday. Afternoon Out takes place at Living at Home, 218 Industrial Park Rd., Park Rapids.
Weather closings:If Park Rapids Schools have a late start, early out or are closed due to poor driving conditions (blizzard) all Living at Home activities will be canceled. We will make announcements on our Facebook page and on the local radio.
